The Joker Movie shook me quite a bit. Many people don’t understand masculine depression/low status outcastment. The movie embodied it in a way more real than I was expecting.
Most people don’t understand masculine depression and vulnerability. That’s why so many of the messages to men come off as condescending and further alienating. I talk about that, and how men can “rise up the chain” in a constructive and empowering way, instead of a cowardly one.
