Everything here (podcast, essays, courses, coaching) is educational and reflects my opinions and experience. It is not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice, and does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Coaching is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your health, medication or physical practice.
No guarantees
Results vary. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will get. What you do with the material is up to you.
Purchases and refunds
Prices and what is included are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless the offer page says otherwise, digital products are delivered immediately and refund terms are those stated on that offer page. If you have a problem with an order, email hello@ruwando.com and I will make it right where I reasonably can.
Coaching
Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Coaching terms, fees and scheduling are agreed before work begins.
Access
Course access is for you alone. Don’t share logins or redistribute course material.

Your conduct

The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Ruwando is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.

Links to Spotify, Apple, YouTube, Substack, Instagram and others lead to services I don’t control; their terms apply there. This site is not part of, or endorsed by, Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Social Media Seeds, LLC is organized, and disputes will be brought in the courts there, except where mandatory consumer law gives you rights elsewhere.
